About Our Program
The West Coast Seeds Affiliate Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues and beyond to purchase our untreated seeds for organic growing.
As a Refersion affiliate, you receive:
7% commission on orders made through your unique tracking code, excluding shipping and taxes.
Commission payouts on the 15th of each month, after the commission holding period has passed.
A referral will become eligible for payout ("Eligible Referral") after the commission holding period of 30 days passes if it meets all of these criteria:
The payment of the order is paid in full by the referred customer.
The referral's account remains active and in good standing.
The referral's account has not had any of its payments refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed.
All commissions are calculated and paid out in CAD.
Getting Started
Fill out our Affiliate Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up!
After you complete the online application on the registration page, West Coast Seeds will provide an email notification and process your application. If approved, you can access your account and start sharing links/banners and other content. Visitors can click and purchase products through the links/banners, and if the products/order is not returned or cancelled after 30 days, you will receive commission or account credit for West Coast Seeds. The referral's payment must complete successfully in order for you to receive credit or comission.
Commission Fees
West Coast Seeds affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 7% for all referrals who purchase products using their link, excluding taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous order crediting. Commissions are paid out via Paypal Payouts or by electronic gift card. Referrals will become void, and any unpaid Affiliate Commissions will be forfeited, after 12 calendar months. All revenue and commissions must be tracked through the official affiliate links for administrative and transparency purposes. Please note that iOS, Android and other mobile and desktop browsers may limit or block third-party referral link and cookie tracking within their default settings, or as configured by the user, and as a result referrals that result in purchases made via these platforms may not result in conversions to the affiliate.
Restrictions on promotion
The West Coast Seeds affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of West Coast Seeds is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the West Coast Seeds affiliate program in jeopardy.
Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. West Coast Seeds reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by West Coast Seeds. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion affiliate marketing network.
